Where are you based? And are you willing to travel?
Lindsay and I currently live in Woodland, CA. but we travel worldwide for our weddings! Whether it’s in Europe, Hawaii, or someone’s backyard, we’ll meet where you are and adventure with you.
What do you require for travel?
We keep travels fees to a bare minimum! Typically we will drop any travel fees for any weddings around Northern California.
How long does it take for you to edit our photos?
It depends on the season, but generally it takes us about 4-6weeks to edit and deliver your wedding gallery.
Do we get all the photos? How many photos do we get?
We go through a culling process to make sure you get all the best photos! We curate your photos so you only get the best ones from your day. By the end of our curation process, we deliver anywhere from 600 to 1000 edited photos, depending on how many hours you had us cover your wedding.
Can we have the un-edited photos?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow access to our unedited (RAW) photos because anything outside the way we edit the photos may not best represent our work.
Is there any way you can work around our budget?
Happily! We completely understand people have different budgets and we don’t want money to be the factor stopping you from getting the photos you deserve. Shoot us a message and we’ll do our best to tailor a package that will work for you!
What if we haven’t gotten professional photos taken before/are super awkward in front of a camera?
The whole, “what do i do with my hands” line comes to mind, right? Don’t worry, at first everyone gets nervous in front of the camera but we’re here to guide you through the whole process! We can definitely help with posing but we love to work with prompts that bring out the loving, playful, natural/authentic moments that will have you forgetting the camera’s even there!
Do you backup your photos? How do you know your photos are safe with us?
Absolutely! Making sure that your images are safe is a priority to us! We use cameras that write to two high- quality SD cards separately. Those SD cards then get imported to our hard drives and then to two separate clouds!
What kind of camera gear do you use?
We have always used Canon. We use Canon DSLR cameras such as the mk4 and have been making the transition into their mirrorless cameras with our favorite L series lenses like the 35mm II and 85mm prime lenses for those absolutely beautiful and dreamy photos!
